What We Offer
- General sport nutrition guidelines that will suit endurance athletes, strength athletes, body builders and general high-performance training for all sports.
- Example Food Plans are provided breaking down macronutrients (carbohydrates, protein & fat) into grams per kg of bodyweight.
- Vegan and Vegetarian example food plans provided.
- Guidelines on fluid requirements, including electrolytes, vitamins & minerals, and supplements.
- Food diary analysis.

About Us
The Founder of Nutrition Headquarters, Michelle Redmond, brings over 20 years’ industry experience in the field of nutrition and exercise science.
Michelle has worked with clients internationally, including London, the United Arab Emirates, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. She has previously operated her own gym, teaching the Les Mills RPM class, and operated a CrossFit studio, teaching both kids (as young as five) and adults aged 70+.
Michelle has studied at undergraduate and post graduate level at Otago University, New Zealand in both exercise science and nutrition. She also holds a Master’s degree in Physical Activity & Public Health from Staffordshire University in the UK.
Michelle is also the co-founder in The Food Cruncher which is a digital nutrition education programme, aimed at reducing the incidence of obesity, diabetes and heart disease on a global scale by providing evidence-based nutrition information.

Ben Gibb is a 3 time National Champion and Oceania U23 Champion (2014).

Michelle worked with Robbie to ensure his nutrition intake was optimised to meet his training and performance schedule.
Jack’s recent results include 13th in Junior Worlds 2013, 2nd Open Men’s Nationals and Oceania U18 K1 Men’s Champion.
